Profile

Tim joined BMS in 2013 and was the global Technical Accounting & Policy lead within the organization for over nine years. During this time, he lead the global Technical Accounting Network (TAN), oversaw the simplification of Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), supported the organization through several Accounting Standards Updates, championed the Revenue Center of Excellence (COE), provided business development accounting support and assisted the business through several organizational changes, including site rationalizations and restructuring. Additionally, he lead the BMS Accounting Development Program (ADP).

In November 2022, Tim was appointed to the role of Executive Director, US Pharmaceuticals Finance Controller. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all technical accounting, revenue recognition, gross to net reporting, process simplification for the US Pharmaceutical business, IRA implementation and working capital improvement opportunities. Additionally, he partners with the US Commercialization FP&A and Pricing teams to ensure alignment on actuals and forecasts across the US Commercialization and Hematology organizations.

Prior to joining BMS, Tim worked for KPMG LLP (“KPMG”) in the New Jersey audit practice from 2002 to 2013, serving clients primarily in the life-sciences sector.
